We determine the product types, usage areas, color scheme and design purpose according to the pattern and application form. The product selection can be made by an architectural consultant or recommended by our experienced staff. Afterwards, we create sample digital moodboards with our design team and offer alternatives to the customer or customer representative.

Depending on the project needs, products can be selected from a brand or produced directly by Motta. According to the project size, as Motta Design, we are able to produce certain products with our solution partner factories. Some products are suitable to be produced by certain manufacturers. As Motta Design, we help our customers to get what they want from our manufacturers, with our extensive knowledge about machinery and equipment of the facilities.

Concluding the required test and certification list, by agreeing on design, color, pattern of the product, we offer various grades of the product without specific color application. In this step, we enter both our sewing workshop and the project area to carry out our detailed product applications. We have the capacity to apply all kinds of textile products depending on the project needs.

Approval, Tender & Order
After the pattern and quality of the product are approved, we make a color palette study and submit it for approval in order to determine the color of the final sample, which will be our reference point for the project. In this step, we start our work on the project by attending the tender stage, and handing our offer depending on the bulk order quantities and the unit prices of the products. We are mainly working as cost plus profit or lump-sum types of contracts.

We define the production timeline, workshop implementation calendar and project milestones and deliver our (base) project calendar to the tender teams. As Motta Design, we offer solutions to projects for early opening plans. We adjust our project time depending on the condition of the field and the stocking status of our products.

Every 3-5 years, most luxury and ultra-luxury hotels need a minor refurbishment, and 8-12 year old hotels often go through extensive refurbishment. We offer lower quantities available in the market at these times. After we have all the project information, we keep the project information of our customers in our archive. These documents guide us on what to do for our renovation projects. We also accept low quantity orders for damaged products. We do not allow our customers to temporarily close their rooms. Our speed is an important plus for our customers, especially during extensive renewal periods.
