Besides, we follow new projects to work with hotel projects as fit-out contractors. We serve as a design-build or design-bid-build contractor for such projects. In addition to our production capacity, we also provide design services. The main products we provide these services are; decorative lighting, loose and fixed furniture, wallpaper, parquet, natural stone, carpet, upholstery and drapery fabrics, white textile products and any other interior architectural products that must be manufactured according to designers’ specifications. We offer quality, brand new designed unique products for renovation projects. Also, we restore and combine these with new products to optimize the renovation budget and reduce the weight on the hotel operating budget.

As MOTTA Design, we define the renovation project concept and needs according to class and budget of a project. In the project concept, we define the color scheme, material boards and combine these design concepts with the project location and current situation on site to create a roadmap. Each project requires a specific maintenance/repair procedure. Our in-house team manages the processes with the help of solution partners for the specific needs of the project. The project is updated when the maintenance process requires a refreshment. This update is carried out by our team who previously carried out the project and has the concept, material and drawing archive. We only update the project with the necessary applications, eliminating the initial stages while saving time and money. This strategic renewal keeps the projects up to date with the same line and quality.
