Our company began working on renovation projects in 2021. Our portfolio is primarily comprised of hotel renovation projects. In addition, we oversee new projects in order to work as a fit-out contractor with hotel investors. For these kinds of projects, we act as a design-build or design-bid-build contractor. In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, we also offer in-house design services.

Our primary business is the textile industry, but it is not our only focus. This business model has been passed down through generations, and the MOTTA family has specialized to meet the textile needs of the hotel industry as a result of its success in the textile industry.
